Recursion and Modular Programming
Recursion occurs when a function calls itself to solve a smaller version of the same problem.
Factorial Example
int factorial(int n)
{
if(n <= 1)
return 1;
return n * factorial(n - 1);
}
Modular programming divides a large application into independent functions or modules. This improves readability, maintenance and reuse.
